These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dough Daddy website and your orders placed through it. By placing an order with Dough Daddy, you agree to these terms.

Ordering & pickup

Orders are for pickup only, at the pickup window and location shown at checkout.
Payment is due at pickup — cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
Pizza availability and pickup slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dough Daddy reserves the right to decline an order if an item or pickup slot is no longer available.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number when placing an order, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Dough Daddy related to your order, including order confirmations and pickup updates.

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages, aside from a one-time confirmation. To resume, place a new order and provide your number again.

If at any time you have questions about the messages you're receiving, text HELP, or contact us directly through the information on our website.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No warranties

Dough Daddy makes reasonable efforts to ensure order accuracy but does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Changes to these terms

Dough Daddy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
